The ones above are UK and Sweden from the late 1970s so I guess that’s the timescale. Have a few more, noting the headlight wipers which were compulsory in Sweden at the time and fitted to export models where legal, ie not America. The first and last have Swedish plates,no 3 is from the UK, no 2 is probably Swedish:
